Bianca supported me during my first pregnancy with my pelvic health. I was dealing with significant pubic symphysis and sciatic pain. She did a wonderful job of tailoring all of her advice and exercises to meet my areas of concern. Bianca has a great understanding of pelvic health and cares deeply for her patients!

I stumbled across Inspire Pelvic when I was looking up ways to help prep for labor and delivery when I was about 28/29 weeks pregnant. Inspire had just developed their pregnancy package and I was excited about the opportunity because it fit my needs exactly. Even though this is my 3rd baby, I was feeling anxious about going through labor/delivery and not feeling like my body was ready. I've been working exclusively with Dr. Heidi once a week for the last couple of weeks. She's been a great listener, super friendly, and easy to talk to. When I was starting to have some sciatic nerve pain, it was a quick adjustment in our schedule to help relieve that pain. A week later, I'm feeling great. I already feel more confident in my own body and more confident that I'll be able to handle labor/delivery much better than the last time....If you're considering Inspire PT, just do it.

I am so glad I came to Inspire Physical Therapy! I started coming when I just found out I was pregnant. Now at 32 weeks I feel more comfortable in my body than I did before! Hip and low back pain were my main issues besides wanting to prep for labor/delivery. Lexi has been wonderful; providing stretches as well as strengthening exercises to eliminate my pain. When I have an off day I now have the tools to fix it. She created a plan specific to my needs and was flexible with how my body was feeling each visit. I feel great and prepared for labor after coming to Inspire! I am so thankful for Inspire!

I finally decided to see a pelvic floor specialist 2 years postpartum after having twins via c-section. I’ve been working with Lexi mainly for low back pain and after a couple sessions and dry needling I’m pain free! I really feel my core strength coming back as well I’m not new to working out so I appreciate the intensity of some of the exercises my physical therapist knows I can do. Very happy with the personalized care here!
