"Never in a millions years did I ever think I would recover from this debilitating,
bring-me-to-my-knees-crying-in-pain, situation that developed in my pelvic floor, back and hips from a years worth of recovering from Heel/Achilles surgery... After only a few treatment sessions, I am now able to get out of a chair, get in and out of the house and car, and I'm now able to walk and sleep virtually pain free... These ladies, as well as my OB (who referred me ), have saved my life... Literally!!!! I thought: I'm 55, how am I ever going to live like this ??? An entire year of suffering is coming to an end... These ladies have given me my life back and I couldn't be more shocked, stunned and eternally grateful..."

"I stumbled across Inspire Pelvic PT when I was looking up ways to help prep for labor and delivery when I was about 28/29 weeks pregnant. Inspire had just developed their pregnancy package and I was excited about the opportunity because it fit my needs exactly. Even though this is my 3rd baby, I was feeling anxious about going through labor/delivery and not feeling like my body was ready. I've been working exclusively with Dr. Heidi once a week for the last couple of weeks. She's been a great listener, super friendly, and easy to talk to. When I was starting to have some sciatic nerve pain, it was a quick adjustment in our schedule to help relieve that pain. A week later, I'm feeling great. I already feel more confident in my own body and more confident that I'll be able to handle labor/delivery much better than the last time....If you're considering Inspire PT, just do it."

I've had a great experience at Inspire Pelvic Physical Therapy. I was struggling with extreme pubic pain from pregnancy and after a few sessions my pain was significantly reduced. I primarily saw Lexi and she was fantastic! Very caring, thoughtful, and had great exercises and solutions to help with my pain. I highly recommend this team if you're struggling with anything pelvic floor related!

"The staff and environment is very calm and peaceful. I have worked with Alexandra and she has been so very helpful with explaining things. You don’t have to accept “this is normal” or that surgery is the only way to get some help. I have learned some exercises and stretches to help me with more than one issue in my body."
